Returning Items

Orders may be canceled within 3 days for a refund less merchant processing fees.  In stock items may be returned within seven days of purchase for full refund less delivery expenses and 10% restocking fee.  After seven days, items may be returned for store credit.  After 15 days all sales are considered final. Sale items are not eligible for return and are considered final sale.

Shipping costs for these returns is the responsibility of the buyer.
We must receive the merchandise in the original shipping packaging. We highly recommend insuring the merchandise for the full retail price and using a trusted carrier. Please contact us if you need a recommendation. Any damage sustained during the return transit is the responsibility of the customer.

Once the returned item has been received, we will initiate the refund within 7 days.  Our credit card processors may take up to 10 days to finalize the refund.

Customized orders be it through custom leather colors or custom height shall not be available for return.

Product Defect / Incorrect Item Received

In the case of product defect within the one year warranty, ERIK BUCK retains authority to replace defective item by any means and will pay for shipping of defective item at our expense.

In the case of receiving the incorrect item, we reserve the right to replace the item and correct the order, at our expense, as we see fit.

Damaged Merchandise

Please inspect packaging prior to accepting delivery.  If boxes are damaged, do not accept delivery.

If delivery has been made and damage exists, please retain all packing materials and contact us within 24 hours so necessary steps may be taken with the carrier.
